I was on the 3 train today, actually I was on the 4 train about to transfer to the 3 at Franklin Ave.

But before I got off the train I witnessed a man atleast 60 years old and his wife just as old both rolling a joint.

He had no shame, he did it in front of everyone. A lady next to him actually said something because her son was there.
