It’s been a little under 3 weeks and I have lost 13 pounds playing Wii Fit everyday for at least an hour a day. Although once or twice I have just done 30 - 45 minutes. (Busy Days that I walked a lot)

Wii-Fit is kind of fun, I mean sure you are working out but it makes it fun and I think a lot of people who are overweight will benefit from it. After I got mines I had some neighbors come over to try it out and a few of them have bought their own, so it is very addictive.

It also isn’t like one of those games where you play for a few days and never play it again.

I hope to lose more weight hopefully 20 more pounds by the start of the new year. I think I could lose more than that but with the Holidays coming, it may be hard.
