So I bought a wii fit, yesterday for my nephew but instead of given it to him I kept it for my self.

Man oh man that thing ha me in pain from head to toe back up to my head lol

It puts you through a work out but it goes easy on you as as you progress it gets hader and harder.
My favorite is the Hula Hoop and Ski Jump game.
