Man writing reviews is harder than a lot of people think, there is a lot of negotiating with companies etc.

They the companies like to get some reviews done when the product is announced and then some more when the product hits store shelves.

Others just want the review out the day it hits store shelves, others just don’t give a fuck.

When I said there is a lot of negotiating I didn’t mean they ask you to write a good review or anything they most of them just want you to be honest. However there have been companies that have told me if I didn’t write a good review they wouldn’t send me a product.

Well when that happens I tell them fuck off, but the product and give a mediocre review.

Then you have to deal with te PR people. Most of them are cool but you sometimes have PR people wanting to know when the review will be up and you haven’t even received the product yet, or just got it that very day or the day before.  But then again I guess they are just doing their job or their bored at work.

Then there are the PR people just don’t care they even sent you something don’t don’t remember who you are until the review link drops in their inbox.

Then there are the ons that expect you to pay to ship it back. I don’t complain but I do send it back via USPS the slowest way I can with no tracking. I just get a receipt and make sure their zipcode is on it in case it gets lost.

Then there are the ones who try to bait you into trashing a competitor.

Anyway Let me get back to some reviews I need to get done for Toshiba and BlueAnt.
