Insomnia
I think I suffer from it, because for the past 2 weeks I have been unable to fall asleep.
I am not stressed or anything I don’t think just haven’t been able to fall asleep. I think it is because I get really tired and instead of going to sleep then I force my self to stay away and I do some work.
Anyway if I don’t get back to my normal sleeping pattern with in the next few days I think I may see a doctor.
Or I’ll just try some Tylenol PM and see if that knocks me out cold.

Hey Michael,
I found this trick years ago in an insomnia help book - it sounds weird, but it really works.
What you need to do is get yourself comfortable, look in a comfortable direction, then open your eyes as wide as is possible - really try hard to get them as wide open as you can, and keep them open as wide as you can for as long as you can. It won’t take long, but soon the urge to close your eyes will be irresistible. Once your eyes close, open them again, as wide as you can, for as long as you can. And so on…
If you really are tired, then you will fall asleep.
Hi Michael,
I was just watching the food network today and a study shows that spicy foods can cause you to take much longer to fall asleep and to have a restless sleep. So go easy on the jalapeno peppers!
