Sprint full of Crap
A new Blogger will be hitting CellRants.com and HardwareGeeks.comand her name is Radiris Diaz, she works for a rather large Technology Company and is well versed in geek.
Her first post will be for CellRants.com and we may even Syndicate it on HardwareGeeks.com, and it will be about the frustration she and I experienced today at a Sprint store.
Not only have they been over billing her, and not only did they lie to her and charge her for text messaging when she was under the impression she had Unlimited TXTing, but her phone simply did not work.
A CS rep litterally told her they would replace it the phones in stock, and that all they needed to do was transfer her Contacts from her old phone to the new one, well an hour passed they give her the old phone saying there was nothing wrong with it.
WRONG the phone did not work and the tech insisted that it did, he even came over to demonstrate that it worked until it made him look like an idiot in front of Radiris, a store full of customers and myself when the phone didn’t work. Needless to say the replacement phone they originally were going to give her vanished.

Sprint may have nice phones, great service but if you have to deal with their customer service you are in for a hard time.
